I think the first bird is Olive-backed Pipit: mantle too heavily streaked for Buff-bellied, and white spot at rear of ear coverts. The second one may be too.
Why do you think they are Buff-bellied? Did they call?

Thanks for the ID. It's because I saw them overall appeared brownish and lack of the black ear coverts. ops:
