i would regard this as the Rosy Pipit...
the black streaks on the throat and breast is disappearing (showing its breeding plumage.)

I would like to hear from professionals...

I think this is a Red-throated. This bird shows a yellow lower mendible which is not a feature of Rosy, the slightly thicker and shorter bill also suggest a Red-throated. The overall colour of this bird is also too warm to be a Rosy. In past experience in Jiangxi and looking through images, the overall colour of Rosy should be cooler and duller. The streakings on the back also suggest a Red-Throated instead of a Rosy to me.

It surely got a rosy tint to it's lower body, but I don't think this one is a Rosy. I have seen some Red-Throated with slightly washed out colour before similar to this one, I presume they are the "inbetween" breeding plumage. I am still open to other suggestions, as I am not exactly a pipit expert... :?

Cheers.
