This dark egret was photographed at Macau yesterday (1-May) morning (photographed by Mr. Leung Va), is it a dark morph Little Egret?

Yes, this is a dark Little Egret. In my limited experience these are usually pale grey (paler than reef egret). The structure is identical to Little Egret (long, slender legs and long, fine bill), and the head plumes are also typical for Little.
