Thanks for bringing this to our notice, Captain.
The developers seem to have bought up most of Pak Nai.
Remarkable, isn't it, that every development proposal these days incorporates the word "Ecological" somewhere in the title !
And golf has become an environmentally-friendly activity ? - that is news to me.
I shall monitor and protest accordingly. Hope others do, too...

John,
"The developers seem to have bought up most of Pak Nai"
no la. There are about 32 owners in the subject area, but the developers obtained consent from 4 owners only. Also, a large portion of the subject area is Govt lands. The developers actually get about one third of the subject area....
Cheers,
Captain

It is an application. Not yet approved.
Everyone could make an planning application under the current system. If you trust the approval system, the Town Planning Board is less likely to approve an application which faces strong opposition from the public. So, every single objection is important.
