較早前本會主席曾提及可以組織一次米埔團予新入會的會員，讓他們了解在米埔觀鳥或拍攝的基本守則及注意事項，因此本會正式安排了是次米埔團予新會員，細節如下：

1. 日期：2009年2月15日（星期日）
2. 時間：下午3:00-6:00
3. 集合時間地點：下午2:00 九龍塘地鐵站(根德道出口)或下午3:00 米埔停車場
4. 只限2008或2009年入會的會員(也不接受非會員的報名)；
5. 不會出浮橋，只會經過主要的觀鳥地點；
6. 費用全免，如人數過少可能不設旅遊車接送，需要自行前往米埔停車場集合；
7. 報名：請以電郵或傳真將以下資料交給本會，本會會以電話再向參加者確認是否接納；資料包括：姓名、會員號碼、手提電話或聯絡電話、電郵地址，並註明報名是項活動；

香港觀鳥會謹啟

Our chairman has proposed to hold a free Mai Po trips to new members to let them know the guidelines when visiting Maipo. Here is the details:

1. Date : 15 Feb 2009 (Sunday)
2. Time: 3pm - 6pm
3. Gathering time & place: 2pm Kowloon Tong MTR Station (Kent Road exit) or 3pm Mai Po car park
4. Only Members who joined the Society in 2008 and 2009 are welcomed (non-member also not allowed)
5. We only visit the main bird watching spots within Maipo Reserve, NOT include the board walk.
6. Free of charge. However, participants may be required to gather in Maipo car park if there are too few participants.
7. Registration: Please send us the following information through e-mail and fax, we will confirm all participants in due course. Information include: Name, membership number, mobile phone number or contact number & e-mail address.

由於米埔關閉, 2月15日的簡介團將取消. 如再有安排, 我們會於論壇上公佈, 謝謝.

The free visit on 15th Feb will be cancelled due to the closure of MPNR. Annoucement will be made once there is any further arrangement. Thank you for your attention.
