城門觀鳥活動 Shing Mun Outing 8/2/2009

Activity Information
Details of the Shing Mun Outing to be held on 8 Feb 2009 as below:-

Date: 8/2/2009 Sunday
Gathering place: 08:00  Exit C, Hang Seng Bank, Tsuen Wan MTR station
Time: 8:00 - 12:00
Leaders: Dr. Cheung Ho Fai
Target Species: Wintering forest birds

Free of Charge for all members.
HK$30 for non-member.

A difficult day early because a big crowd was doing a walkathon for fund-raising.  Still there were more birds than I would expect, although many of them are quite shy.  We get 29 species in total.  The best shows were the Minivets.  I like to thank Tai Wai, Mon, and Mr Luk for help taking the outing.
