We won't be practising our Gull ID skills on the Mai Po tideline for a while, so here are some shots from NSW.

Excellent shots, John.
All appear to be Heuglin's apart from the uppermost, which due to relatively paler grey of the upperparts and the large p10 mirror could be a hybrid/intergrade between Vega and Heuglin's.
