Attention please!!
Since the weather forecast of coming Sunday is rainy and a few thunderstorms, we are going to assess the feasibility of the outing in the following time period:
1. Saturday at 12:00 noon, result will be put on the forum
2. Sunday morning 6:30am, we will contact all participants in case of cancellation
3. Sunday morning 8:00am, decided by the leader and participants.
4. If the outing is on schedule after consider the weather, no refund will be made to participants. If the outing is cancelled by the Society, or the outing is cancelled after boarding due to the bad weather, you will be fully or partially refunded.
