It just stood outside of a window of my home....
Is it Blue Whistling Thrush 紫嘯鶇 ? From its call I think so....
I also recorded a short movie, but couldn't record its call, it just too high pitch which my DC can't handle it.
(Not uploaded yet as I have to find a way to edit Quicktime movie....)
It is highly abnormal this year. There were so many early juveniles this year. I saw a few juvenile White Wagtail on Mai Po access road yesterday. Coming to think of it, the average temperature in February this year is 4.2 degree above normal. So many birds actually lay their eggs at that time.

I agree that the bird in question looks like a juvenile Blue Whistling Thrush. A good find! Author: isaac_chan Time: 6/04/2009 17:04
Thank you...
