如天文台於活動舉行前兩小時懸掛三號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號、
紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號，當日活動即告取消。

The programme will be cancelled if Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above,
or the Red / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued two hours before.
