There is a Hoopoe and I think it was just passing through there to somewhere
so lucky for seeing that. And it walked on grass to find food and flew around the trees in there.
But we do not bring the DC to take record..anyway

Congrats, fatchun, it would have been my first tick too if I have had seen it.
From 'The birds of Hong Kong and South China', it states that hoopoes favour well-watered lawns and open grasslands. So the sportsground is already a good habit for hoopoes.
