I think that this is an adult Bonelli's Eagle. Tail pattern does not fit Mountain Hawk Eagle and I don't think that it is massive enough (bill and legs are not that heavy).

Sorry, I can't read the last post but to supplement my comment: Mountain Hawk Eagle has very strong dark and light bars on both the under and uppertail; also the obvious white 'leading edge' to the wing is a good feature for adult (but not juvenile) Bonelli's Eagle.
