應該是北灰鶲 Asian Brown Flycatcher

Thanks Beetle.
Actually my assumption was based on the following (compared with Asian Brown Flycatcher):
1)uneven eyering, thicker behind the eye
2)longer wings
3)smaller bill
4)dark base on lower bill
5)centre of throat white
