link2
link3
link4

With this structure, 3 to 4 clicks u should goto the bird you want.

The advantage of this index is volunteer can work on their own assign species page alone.  Also its much easier for forum admin assign users rights to volunteer that we just need to create a hidden forum and only volunteer allowed to access and post/edit   message inside. After 50% of the index finised we can release to public and may still keep updated the rest after released.

With 400+ birds in HK and hundered and thousand of message in both Old and New HKBWS fourm, its not a small project volunteer require as much as we can and it is the most easiest way to allocate work load to them.  The more people the faster to get it done and no programming coding knowledge required as long as u know how to post message to forum you should able to handle it.
