Interesting. The very prominent white supercilium immediately brings to mind Northern Goshawk, but given the barring on the underparts it would have to be an adult - and as the photographer says (after looking in the books), Northern Goshawk (adult plumage) never seems to have prominent white markings on the upperparts.
On the other hand, there are plenty of photographs showing Eurasian Sparrowhawk with such markings.
I would therefore tend to agree with lchunfai that this is a (juv?) female Eurasian Sparrowhawk.
