Looks like a typical Yellow-browed Warbler to me (allowing for wear). Note especailly the dark base to the greater coverts and the dark 'bar' below the greater coverts (formed by the green fringes to the outer webs of the primaries stopping short of the greater coverts) which adds to the contrast in the wing which is not shown by Arctic, Greenish, Hume's etc. The greater covert wing bar is also extremely broad - broader than Arctic and Greenish would ever show, even in very fresh plumage.
