This is a Brown-headed Thrush.  Note the plain face, brown upperparts, and extensive orange-brown on the flanks extending onto the breast.  The dark centred undertail coverts are also never shown by Grey-backed Thrush.  It is a first winter (note the retained juvenile greater coverts) and probably a male.

It is a very nice picture of a rarely photographed species in HK.
