just seen a post on fb by the said ctr mentioning this disgustful act being found ... their points are against such act, so maybe the 'attackers' were not doing that under the ctr's instruction, so the ctr has no idea about it. In the posts, the ctr has also pasted photos of worm being left behind by photographers, young trees being broken ... it's also blaming such act.
perhaps if the witnesses believed the 'attackers' were from their ctr, you'd better inform them directly for then they can take action to handle the case.
