A black-faced spoonbill flew in to land in the mudflat at Maipo in the afternoon of November 19th.  Swaying his neck from side to side, scything with his spoon-like bill across the water surface, he covered the whole waterfront from the east to the west.  Hoped that he has gained enough reserve to save him for the journal further down.
