Since the government is facing enormous pressure to sell land for building HOS flats, I am pessimistic as to the possibility that it will withdraw the development plan.

And I am also pessimistic as to the fate of other naturally valuable sites in Hong Kong, because the population is ever growing and developers will continue to do whatever they want.
