Brown or Red-backed Shrike?

Arriving at Long Valley around 4pm on 11-Oct, a few guys were staking out a suspected Red-backed Shrike.
It alighted on a wire behind me and I was lucky enough to capture a couple of poses before it shot off again.
I'll let you be the judge...
