Yes, very close by.  You can enter the area from any side.  

Also, it is very close to the bird market, there must be lots of escapes.

2 resting Goshawks in 1 hour is good birding, especially in the middle of the city.

Brown-chested Jungle Flycatcher still there
Red-Flanked Bluetail x 2
Common Tailorbird x 2
Grey-backed Thrush x 1 different bird from last month (14 dec 2014)
