大嘴烏鴉 (Large-billed Crow) with deformed bill, genetic problem?

Taken on Apr 25, 2021 @Maipo.

This crow with deformed bill were spotted by somebody else as early as in Oct 6, 2019:

Not sure if it is because of genetic problem?
