Interesting, I wonder if most starlings such as black collared starlings and crested myna were only recently recorded, becuse according to the book, the only starling recorded was the white shouldered starling (Sturnia sinensis). Also, most starlings are very loud, and is hard to miss. Also, it says that two species of quail where common, which includes japanese quail (uncommon-scarce) and button quail(scarce). Is it possibe that bor=th button quail and quail number in Hk decreased?
