I agree, Temminck's Stint.
You may be confused by the leg colour, which looks fairly dark, especially in the first two shots. The structure (short legs, dumpy body, small head, short bill, horizontal stance) and plumage (plain, fairly dark grey-brown upperparts iwth dark throat and breast) are the best clues on this bird.
