White Wagtail (baicalensis) ?

I agree with leucopsis for the first bird. Baicalensis should show a pale grey back with no black feathers, similar to ocularis. Also the white in the greater coverts should not be this extensive.

The second bird is interesting. It looks closest to leucopsis, but the hint of a rear eye-stripe and the extent of white in the wings (especially the greater coverts and tertials) suggests there may be some lugens influence.
