As the photo is from Greece, it is unlikely to be Black-tailed Gull.
This is most likely be whichever (sub)species of large white-headed gull is common in Greece, which I think is Caspian Gull (but I'm not entirely sure). Given the difficulty of identifying gulls, it may not be possible to be certain about ID from this one photo.
