It's always great to see your name getting into the vocabulary (or at least a spelling variation of it - can I make a plea for "doing an Allcock" instead!).
I've done that walk or something similar several times before. I agree that Cheung Sheung has real potential - the best I've managed there has been 3 Orange-headed Thrushes (together) but there should be more turning up. Look out for other wildlife as well as birds - there seems to be a lot of biodiversity in Jacob's Ladder and Cheung Sheung.
