An unusual looking bird.
It does appear to be a Cinereous (=Great) Tit, probably a juvenile. But it seems to have some sort of plumage abnormality (too much red pigment?) making some of the feathers brown rather than black or grey. This makes it look a bit like a Tree Sparrow on first glance!
