Stint ID?

It looks odd because it has some abnormal plumage, not showing any pigment (like an albino), which also makes it more difficult to confirm ID.
The legs are dark, which rules out some species, and means that it should be either Red-necked or Little Stint. The structure looks right for Red-necked to me (short legs, short bill with blunt tip, hunched posture) and I think it is a Red-necked Stint. Of course, Red-necked is also more likely because it is the commonest species.

Interestingly, there was another bird with a similar plumage abnormality present a few weeks ago, but with the pigment lacking on the throat rather than the sides of the face.
