Thanks for posting these, I'm really enjoying them and looking forward to seeing more.
I particularly like the sandgrouse pictures - you obviously had great views of these birds, which are not very easy to see.
I had a couple of comments on ID:
- Red-capped Lark is an African species, so would not be seen in Tibet. I think yours are one of the short-toed larks, I think probably Hume's Short-toed:

- The bird you have posted as Relict Gull is another Brown-headed Gull. Relict would have a blacker head and broader white eye-ring
- The Blue-fronted Redstarts are Black Redstarts I think. The tail pattern does not fit Blue-fronted (which has a dark bar at the tail tip)
