I ringed two rehabilitated(by Kadoorie Farm & Botanic Garden) peregrine falcons in early May this year, both are juvenile, and they were released at Maipo. The ring number are GA00102 and GA00103, though the photo showed the first two digit only.
Anyway, thanks for your sharing!

Yes I think so! it is GA00103.
