Not totally sure of this because the views were distant and the closed wing wasn't in view for long (due to the way the bird was facing), but I thought a Saunders Gull on the mudflats in front of the Mai Po boardwalk today (6 Dec 2017) had turquoise-blue over yellow wing-flags.
