I think that this is a pretty classic Radde's Warbler. Strong thick legs, quite heavy bill which is distinctly deep-based. Also Yellow-streaked Warbler is yellow-streaked on the breast. The streaks may sometimes be hard to see but I am sure that they would show up on a picture as good as this one. Yellow-streaked also tends to show a more obvious dark line above the supercilium, though I would use this as a pointer rather than something which is diagnostic.
