The editorial style of this report is of ref. This e-format appears to catch up the publication progress more easily.

The conventional annual reports usually involve much effort. In some years, the publication year lags behind the "actual" one seriously. (Our last annual report is 2017?) Some articles may be "outdated" even before its publication.

Anyway, I respect the effort of editorial board. But we need to consider more options in a quickly changing world.
