Hello Brendanhk: I would have thought Pied Harrier too for the ring-tail, but this OBC image seems to show that Eastern Marsh Harriers can have barred primaries too:

As food for thought, I wonder if the lack of tail bars from the first photo, and the broad impression of the wing base seen from the third photo, would point to Eastern Marsh (sub-adult male..?) instead? It would be much appreciated if experts can enlighten us on this. =)
