I'd agree that the 'C' is for Citrine Wagtail. However, I'm worried about the black lores and thin white wingbars on the lesser/median coverts. So on the whole, I'd go for Yellow Wagtail for this one. It'd be lovely to hear expert opinion on this (problematic?) juvenile! =)
