I thought I would post some pictures of Curlews (Far Eastern, Eurasian, Whimbrel) in flight for ID purposes.  I think the hardest in-flight ID may be Whimrel and Eurasian Curlew when the head and overall size is not clear.  Seems Eurasian Curlew has more white in the tail.  Now if only a Little Curlew was around I could get that shot.
