Yet again, plans for Nam Sang Wai development have resurfaced.
It seems to me the Birdw Soc's reasoning against this development remains valid, even though smaller development area - albeit for 2500 housholds and more, inc high rise buildings. Other green groups objected before; many HK people supported protecting Nam Sang Wai.
