This cute chick has one potential predator, the parks only Peacock. Fortunately the flamingos group together to fend off the Peacock. I would like to see the peacock caged for a couple of weeks as there are more eggs that are likely to hatch over the next weeks. Although people will argue that this is an act of nature, the birds in the park are not in their normal environment and where ever should be protected.

I don't think it would try and eat it but it is worrying all the Flamingo's. The Flamingo's group together and scare the peacock away

This is Googles translation of the last comment,

In fact, Kowloon Park Night Heron had eaten Sparrow (I see MON sister to the video), Night Heron of the first transgression dead sparrows, and then swallow

Kowloon Park now I find five Night Heron (three adult birds two chicks)

I Zengxian try catching a night heron Kam lithium, but failed (Choi Jin-Li-good swim faster )..........

Bb of the lithium-Jin more vulnerable than I Papa a tragedy
The birds were harmonious natural lives

Another recently born chick, I hope they are OK during the typhoon
