This is a great find and the photo shows the key features pretty well:

The white vertical bar between the flank and the breast (not shown by Common Teal)
The absence of a white horizontal bar along the top of the flank (which is shown by all male Common Teals)
The much slimmer golden yellow border  separating the green ear patch.

Just the third HK record I think.
