These are great pix, but I think the last one is a female Narcissus Flycatcher. 
I saw a couple of birds like this at Mai Po on Tuesday afternoon - the pale underparts (female B&W has a darker breast and belly), shorter rufous tail (its longer on B&W) and the small rufou edges to the coverts were all features I noted on female Narcissus.
