This is a tricky one:

It looks like it has lots of white on the wing which suggests White-shouldered Starling, but it appears o have an all-dark eye, which is a good feature for Daurian or Chestnut-cheeked.

I have never known the eye test to be wrong, while the amount of white on the wing can be variable, so i'll go for Daurian, but I'd be happy to hear if others have a different opinion.
