Yes it is a Nordmann's - nice photo
You can tell it is Nordmann's because:
a) the bill is thicker (although this one is a little unusual inhaving the top half longer than the bottom half.
b) the tertials are plain - with no markings - they would be notched in Common Greenshank of any age. Please note that Nordmann's only shows plain tertials in winter plumage, so in summer plumage birds you need to use different features.
