Wouldn't Siskin show up as paler, even whitish on the lower underparts, and at least to some extent streaked below? Also wouldn't the yellow in the wings be less extensive?

When I saw this on your camera screen on Saturday on Po Toi I said I thought it was Grey-capped Greenfinch and that still seems the most likely id to me.
