Got a ringed Kentish Plover (if I ID it wrong, please correct me) in Long Valley on 19 November 2016.
But the colour of the lower ring was obstructed by mud!

The bird was found in the two pools that we called "belongs to HKBWS"
They were fenced in one side on the day. But on the 20 November 2016, a fence was erected on the other side!
