Some White-headed Munia have been feeding around gei wai #16/17 for the last week or so. Saw 12 today. Assume they are escaped birds, but not a common sight at Mai Po.

A Pacific Reef Egret on the Gei wai #21 high-tide roost at lunchtime today. Not a common sight at the Reserve and a new 'Mai Po tick' for me.
