It is sad that the construction company do not really care about the welfare of birds during construction.  I am also shocked that the government has approved building five-storey structure in that area (if this is true). I must say I have not paid a lot of attention to this project. At that time, the approval precedure seemed to have gone through very quickly and there were not much news in the media.
