I would say Richard's Pipit.  I remember the shape of black in the coverts is a useful field mark.  Blyth's will be more round, and Richard's more pointed.

Collins Field Guide gives similar id field mark for both 1st year and adult based on medium covert pattern.  I am now pretty sure that this is a Richard's Pipit.
