Thanks for all the warm concern and support from members.  I am out of the hospital and back to work since Tuesday pm. Thanks for the gift I got from visitors. In fact my room-mate has to finish part of the fruit I received.

I will be back to check my heart-beat result on 9 Sept.  So far the doctor do not have any thing to say, other than that my heart beat is a bit low (50 per minute).  My feeling is that I have been staying indoor too much in summer, and with more birds to see in Autumn, I think I can get more physical training then.
